what you'll need: RatPac PC app or iPad app, loading firmware downloaded from the RatPac firmware portal
1Log in to firmware.ratpaccontrols.com (separate credentials from the main RatPac account).
2Download the latest AKS+ firmware.
3Run the RatPac PC or iPad app and apply the downloaded firmware to the unit (RatPac has video tutorials for both PC and iPad paths).
GotchaFirmware portal requires a separate login, not the main RatPac account. GotchaVersion history is not publicly listed, so 'is my unit current' can't be auto-checked without portal access.
