steps
what you'll need: USB drive (FAT32), download .rto file, copy to empty FAT32 USB drive, insert into light
1Download firmware file AeosF_3v02.rto from the Dropbox link on https://rotolight.com/pages/neo-3-support
2Copy the .rto file onto an empty FAT32-formatted USB drive (no other files)
3Power on the AEOS 2
4Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the light
5Follow the on-screen update prompts (refer to the YouTube how-to: https://youtu.be/B8vhg_NnE9M)
6Do not power off during the update
7Confirm firmware version in the light menu after reboot
