what you'll need: RatPac PC app or iPad app via the firmware portal
1Log in to firmware.ratpaccontrols.com.
2Download the Satellite firmware.
3Apply via the RatPac PC or iPad app (RatPac has PC + iPad tutorial videos).
GotchaPortal login required; version history not public. GotchaSatellite has a rugged micro-USB connector but the update path is app-based, not a direct USB-cable flash.
