what you'll need: USB FAT32 drive
1Download KNOWLED_Firmware_MG2400Bi_V1.09.zip from knowled.com/firmware-knowled_7/
2Extract the .bin file
3Format a USB drive as FAT32
4Copy only the .bin file to the USB root directory
5Insert USB drive into the MG2400Bi's USB port
6Power on the fixture, upgrade starts automatically
7Wait for progress bar to complete
8Verify via Menu > Fixture Info
GotchaV1.07 (2025-01-03) added compatibility with MG2400Bi SE lamp head, if running older firmware, this is a critical compatibility update for SE variant
