what you'll need: USB Version 2.0 port (per product spec: 'USB: Version 2.0 (only for software update)') or built-in web interface; Galileo MAX also supports web-based configuration
1Download the firmware file from https://lumenradio.com/support-materials/latest-firmware-gmax/ when the file becomes available (currently returns an error)
2Alternatively: connect a USB cable from your computer to the Galileo MAX USB port
3Access the Galileo MAX web interface in a browser via its IP address
4Navigate to the firmware update section
5Upload the firmware file and confirm the update
