22. Download the PDF '591x Firmware Update Instructions' (126 KB).
33. Download Multiverse Updater software for your OS: Mac (mvtxupdater.zip, 36707 KB) or Windows (mvtxupdatersetup.zip, 54992 KB).
44. Download firmware .zip for your exact model: 5910, 5911, or 5912 (each ~92 MB).
55. Install Multiverse Updater, connect transmitter per PDF instructions.
66. Follow PDF procedure to load and apply firmware.
77. Verify new version is reported by the device.
WarningFirmware files are model-specific: 5910, 5911, and 5912 are separate downloads. Do not cross-flash.
GotchaFiles are large (~92 MB each); expect slow download on limited connections.
Gotchav2.1.0.9.0.23 (April-August 2025) also patched a stop-transmitting bug plus Wi-Fi, freeze, sACN, PoE, and merge priority fixes, if jumping from pre-2.1, review both changelogs.
GotchaMultiverse Updater desktop app is mandatory; no web or hub-based update path listed.
