steps
what you'll need: USB installer via ECU Settings > General > Software Update
1Download 'Eos Family Console Software v3.3.6 (Consoles, RVIs, RPUs, ETCnomad Puck and ETCnomad) for PC' from https://www.etcconnect.com/Eos-Software/
2Transfer the zipped installer to a USB storage device (do not unzip)
3Exit Eos via Browser > Exit, or let the console reach the {Launching in...} screen during boot
4Navigate to Settings > General in the ECU
5Insert the USB storage device and scroll down to press {Software Update...}
6Select the v3.3.6 installer from the pop-up list and press {Install}
7Console will automatically restart when installation is complete
8NOTE: All networked Eos Family devices must run the same software version, same fixture library version, and same language
