what you'll need: FAT-formatted USB drive via Setup > Files > Advanced > Update Firmware
1Download 'ColorSource Console Software v3.4.0.39' from https://www.etcconnect.com/Products/Consoles/ColorSource/Software.aspx
2Unzip the downloaded file
3Transfer the extracted file to the root directory of a FAT-formatted USB memory stick
4Insert the USB memory stick into the USB port on the ColorSource console
5On the console, press Setup > Files > Advanced > Update Firmware
6Press Yes to proceed with the update (press No to abort)
7Wait for the update to complete, do NOT power off the console during this process
8When prompted, shut down and restart the console
