steps

what you'll need: USB-A to USB-A cable; battery appears as removable drive; drag-drop firmware file. Firmware file must be obtained by emailing support@coreswx.com. VoltBridge ID app (iOS/Android) can read current firmware revision via RFID scan.
1Check current firmware version: open VoltBridge ID app (iOS: apps.apple.com/ca/app/voltbridge-id/id6680156321 | Android: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coreswx.battery), scan the battery via RFID, view 'Firmware Revision' field.
2Email support@coreswx.com to request the latest firmware file for Hypercore NEO 150S.
3Put the battery into sleep/storage mode: hold the LED button for 20–30 seconds until the LCD goes blank.
4Connect the battery to a PC or Mac using a USB-A to USB-A data cable.
5The battery will appear as an empty removable drive on the desktop.
6Drag and drop the firmware file into the removable drive.
7Wait for transfer to complete, then disconnect the USB cable.
8Wait 3–5 minutes before waking the battery or placing it on a charger.
GotchaFirmware files are NOT publicly hosted, must be requested from support@coreswx.com.
GotchaModel does NOT appear in Core SWX's downloads page search database as of May 2026.
