1Email support@coreswx.com to request the latest firmware file for Hypercore NEO 150 Mini.
2Put the battery into sleep/storage mode: hold the LED button for 20–30 seconds until the LCD goes blank.
3Connect the battery to a PC or Mac using a USB-A to USB-A data cable.
4The battery will appear as an empty removable drive on the desktop.
5Drag and drop the firmware file into the removable drive.
6Wait for transfer to complete, then disconnect the USB cable.
7Wait 3–5 minutes before waking the battery or placing it on a charger.
8To wake: press the LED button or charge normally.
