1Email support@coreswx.com to request the latest firmware file for Hypercore NEO 9 Mini.
2Put the battery into sleep mode: hold the LED button for 20 seconds until the LCD screen goes blank.
3Connect the battery to a PC or Mac using a USB-A to USB-A data cable (not a charge-only cable).
4Once connected, the LED on the bottom of the battery will flash red and green, and a folder (removable drive) will appear on the desktop.
5Drag and drop the firmware file into the folder/drive.
6Wait up to 1 minute for update to complete.
7Eject the drive (drag to Recycle Bin or use 'Eject' on Mac), same as disconnecting a flash drive.
8Disconnect the USB cable.
9Wait before waking the battery.
