1Email support@coreswx.com to request the latest firmware file for Hypercore NEO Slim.
2Put the battery into sleep/storage mode: hold the LED button for 20–30 seconds until the LCD goes blank.
3Connect the battery to a PC or Mac using a USB-A to USB-A data cable.
4The battery will appear as an empty removable drive on the desktop.
5Drag and drop the firmware file into the removable drive.
6Wait for transfer to complete (up to 1 minute).
7Eject the drive properly, then disconnect the USB cable.
8Wait 3–5 minutes before waking or charging the battery.
