1 Method A - USB: Format a USB 1.0 or 2.0 drive as FAT or FAT32.
2 Method A - USB: Copy the .upd firmware file to the root directory of the drive.
3 Method A - USB: On the fixture, go to Menu > Fixture Settings and set USB Mode to 'Normal'.
4 Method A - USB: Insert the drive; the fixture automatically scans and lists available .upd files.
5 Method A - USB: Highlight the correct file and press the encoder to begin the update.
6 Method A - USB: Do not remove the USB drive until the fixture confirms the file is completely copied.
7 Method B - ALSM: Install ARRI Lighting Service Manager v5.6.1 on Mac or PC.
8 Method B - ALSM: Power on the fixture and connect via Ethernet cable.
9 Method B - ALSM: ALSM auto-discovers the fixture; go to the 'Firmware Update' tab.
10 Method B - ALSM: Select the fixture in the left column and click 'Update Firmware'.
11 Method B - ALSM: Do not disconnect power or Ethernet until the update completes.
