what you'll need: USB flash drive (USB 1.0 or 2.0, FAT/FAT32) or ARRI Lighting Service Manager (ALSM) via mini-USB cable
1Format a USB1.0 or 2.0 drive as FAT or FAT32.
2Copy the .upd file to the root directory of the drive.
3Insert the drive; the fixture prompts confirmation on screen.
4Select 'Yes' with the encoder and press to begin.
5Do not remove the USB drive until the copy completes.
1Connect the fixture to a Mac or PC via mini-USB cable (not Ethernet).
2Open ALSM; it auto-locates the powered fixture.
3Navigate to 'Firmware Update' tab, select fixture, click 'Update Firmware'.
4Do not disconnect power or the cable during the update.
GotchaL-Series C is discontinued; these firmware versions are the final releases.
GotchaL-Series C uses mini-USB for ALSM connection, unlike L-Series Plus and SkyPanel which use Ethernet.
