2Follow the 'HES Fixture Upload Procedure' service bulletin available on the SolaFrame Theatre software page.

3Contact ETC technical services for specific upload tool and procedure if documentation is unclear.

GotchaLegacy product. v1.2.1 appears to be the final firmware.

GotchaHES legacy fixtures use a different update toolchain than ETC LED fixtures (not UpdaterAtor).

GotchaETC support may be required for legacy HES fixture firmware updates.
