what you'll need: Fiilex Manager V2.4 desktop app via USB-A to USB-C cable
1Download Fiilex Manager V2.4 for Windows or Mac from fiilex.com/support/firmwareUpdates.php
2Windows: double-click installer, create desktop shortcut. Mac: drag to Applications, bypass Gatekeeper via Security & Privacy > Open Anyway
3Connect fixture to PC/Mac with USB-A to USB-C cable (USB-A to PC, USB-C to fixture)
4Launch Fiilex Manager, it auto-detects fixture and loads latest firmware from internet
5Click Update button; do not unplug cable during update (takes 1-3 min)
6After update completes, power-cycle fixture
7Verify on fixture: Setting > Info, check CB and DB firmware versions
