1Download Fiilex Manager V2.4 for Windows or Mac from fiilex.com/support/firmwareUpdates.php
2Windows: double-click installer. Mac: drag to Applications, bypass Gatekeeper via Security & Privacy > Open Anyway
3Connect fixture to PC/Mac with USB-A to USB-C cable
4Launch Fiilex Manager, auto-detects fixture and loads latest firmware
5Click Update; do not unplug during update
6Power-cycle fixture after completion
7Verify at fixture: Setting > Info
