11. Download the firmware zip file from the official support page.
22. Extract the .bin file and copy it to the root directory of a FAT or FAT32 formatted USB flash drive (do not rename the file).
33. Power off the fixture.
44. Insert the USB flash drive into the fixture USB port.
55. Power on the fixture; it will detect the firmware file and begin the update automatically.
66. Wait for the update to complete (indicator light behavior varies by model).
77. Remove the USB drive and power cycle the fixture.
GotchaSanDisk USB 3.0 and above flash drives are NOT supported (format FAT/FAT32 only). WarningDo not rename the firmware file. GotchaFile must be in the root directory of the drive, not in a subfolder.
