steps what you'll need: USB flash drive
1 1. Download the firmware zip file from the official support page.
2 2. Extract the .bin file and copy it to the root directory of a FAT or FAT32 formatted USB flash drive (do not rename the file).
3 3. Power off the fixture.
4 4. Insert the USB flash drive into the fixture USB port.
5 5. Power on the fixture; it will detect the firmware file and begin the update automatically.
6 6. Wait for the update to complete (indicator light behavior varies by model).
7 7. Remove the USB drive and power cycle the fixture.
Gotcha SanDisk USB 3.0 and above flash drives are NOT supported (format FAT/FAT32 only).Warning Do not rename the firmware file.Gotcha File must be in the root directory of the drive, not in a subfolder.
