what you'll need: No firmware. DLED7 Bi (original Turbo series) is an active-cooling LED fixture with an LED driver ballast. No user-updatable firmware, no USB port, no app connectivity. Control is via onboard dimmer or DMX through the ballast.
GotchaDLED7 Bi (original Turbo series) is not the same as DLED7N-BI (NEO series). The NEO DLED7N-BI with DTneo+ ballast IS firmware-upgradeable via USB, confirm which variant you are tracking.
